Patients travel to Houston from across the country and around the world to be treated by Dr. Gombera. To make that journey seamless, our practice provides a dedicated travel and private charter service for patients and their families.

Acting as an air charter broker, we source, quote, and arrange private aircraft on behalf of our patients through third-party operators that hold valid FAA Part 135 air carrier certificates, or the equivalent authority abroad. When a scheduled airline is the better choice, we plan and book that instead. Either way, every segment is handled by one coordinator who understands your medical timeline.

Our Air Charter Practice

Texas Sports Medicine Solutions provides air charter services as a standing, public component of our patient care offering. We act as an air charter broker and as the authorized agent of our clients, arranging passenger charter on their behalf.

We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by licensed direct air carriers that hold valid Part 135 certificates issued by the FAA, or the equivalent certificate issued by the relevant national authority, and that maintain operational control of each flight. We hold an active business registration in the State of Texas and welcome inquiries from aircraft operators and industry partners.

Air Charter Broker Disclosure

Texas Sports Medicine Solutions is an air charter broker and acts as the authorized agent of the charterer in arranging air transportation. We are not a direct air carrier and do not operate aircraft. Air transportation is provided by direct air carriers that hold a valid certificate under 14 CFR Part 135 (or the equivalent foreign authority) and that retain operational control of each flight. All charter services are subject to the operating carrier’s terms and to aircraft availability. The written disclosures required under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations at 14 CFR Part 295, including the identity of the operating air carrier and the existence and limits of any liability insurance, are provided to each customer before booking and are available on request.
